Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning
  • 2 pounds tuna steaks
  • Belgian endive leaves and basil sprigs for garnish (optional)
  • Black Bean Mango Salsa:
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon OLD BAY® Classic Seafood Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Salsa: In a large bowl combine black beans mango onion pepper cilantro orange juice olive oil and OLD BAY. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix 1/4 cup oil and 1 tablespoon OLD BAY in small bowl. Brush onto both sides of tuna.

Grill over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. (Tuna is more moist when its center is still rosy-pink after cooking.) To serve place tuna on a bed of salsa. Garnish each serving with endive leaves and basil.

Alternative: Tuna may also be cooked in a preheated grill pan. Cook on medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
