OLD BAY® Crab Cake Classic Mix

Make homemade Maryland-style crab cakes.

Take your dinner party to the next level with this simple restaurant favorite. Make it your own by selecting a fresh fish of your choice and experimenting with extra herbs and spices. White wine complements the meal.

 

Ingredients

1 package OLD BAY® Crab Cake Classic Mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 pound fresh crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

2 pounds tilapia or flounder fillets

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F. In a large bowl, combine Crab Cake Mix and mayo. Add crabmeat and gently toss until coated.

Spoon over fillets in shallow baking pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.


 

Tips

Substitute for Fresh Crab: 2 (6-ounce cans) crabmeat, drained
