2-Step Crab Cakes

OLD BAY® Crab Cake Classic Mix

Make homemade Maryland-style crab cakes.

Six well-seasoned crab cakes in only two steps. Sound too simple to be true? An OLD BAY® shortcut - a pre-measured package of all the right spices - makes scrumptious crab cakes just as tasty as grandma used to make. In about half the time.

Ingredients

1 package OLD BAY® Crab Cake Classic Mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 pound fresh crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

OLD BAY® Tartar Sauce (optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, mix Crab Cake Mix and mayo. Add crabmeat and gently toss until well mixed. Shape into 6 patties.

Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until browned, turning once. Serve with tartar sauce. Call Grandma. Tell her you miss her.

Tips
