For Zest Results, Use As Directed
Lightly coat seafood, poultry or veggies with 2 tablespoons of batter. Combine 3/4 cup batter and 2/3 cup water, stirring until smooth. Dip food into batter to evenly coat, drain excess. Fry in 1/2 inch oil at 375° F as directed below:
Pan Fry (375° F):
1 pound shrimp 2 - 3 minutes per side
1 pound fish fillets 3 - 5 minutes per side
1 pound bite-size chicken pieces 2 - 3 minutes per side
1 large onion ring 1 - 2 minutes per side
1 pound vegetable bites 2 - 3 minutes per side
Deep Fat Fry (375° F):
1 pound shrimp 4 minutes
1 pound fish fillets 4 - 5 minutes
1 pound bite-size chicken pieces 4 - 5 minutes
1 large onion ring 2 - 3 minutes
1 pound vegetable bites 2 - 3 minutes
